Ring Size Guide

Last Updated On 01-Mar-2026

Find your ring size in a few minutes at home. Our rings are sized using the European system (EU/ISO), where the number equals the ring’s inner circumference in millimetres. For example, EU 52 = 52 mm circumference.

For the best result, measure more than once and compare your result with the table below. If you are between sizes, it is usually safer to size up.

Method 1 — Measure a ring you already own

This is usually the most accurate at-home method if you already have a ring that fits the intended finger well.

  1. Place the ring on a ruler or, ideally, use calipers.
  2. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres, from inner edge to inner edge across the centre.
  3. Convert diameter to circumference using this formula: diameter × 3.1416 = circumference.
  4. Match the result to the nearest EU size in the table below.

Example: an inside diameter of 17.3 mm equals about 54.4 mm circumference, which corresponds to approximately EU 54.

Important: measure the inside of the ring only. Measuring the outside includes the metal thickness and gives the wrong size.

Method 2 — Measure your finger with a paper strip

This is a good option if you do not already have a ring to measure.

  1. Cut a thin strip of non-stretch paper, about 8–10 mm wide.
  2. Wrap it around the finger where the ring will sit.
  3. Mark where the paper overlaps.
  4. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. This number is your finger circumference.
  5. Match that measurement to the EU size table below.

Do not pull the strip tightly like a tape measure. It should feel snug, but not compress the skin.

Measure 2–3 times and take the average. Make sure the fit can still pass over the knuckle comfortably.

Before you choose your size

  • Measure at the end of the day, when your hands are warmer and fingers are slightly larger.
  • If your knuckle is much larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
  • Wider bands (especially over 6 mm) usually feel tighter, so many customers prefer to size up slightly.
  • If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort and easier wear.
  • Finger size can change slightly with temperature, travel, salt intake, and time of day.

Ring size conversion table
