- Goods refers to jewelry and items offered for sale.
- Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Aenima, accessible from https://aenima.struktoo.com
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your Order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party appointed by You (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered Goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day We receive and inspect the returned Goods, and will be processed using the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
- The Goods are unused, unworn, undamaged, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA Number) has been issued by Us.
Non-Returnable Goods:
- Earrings, piercing jewelry, and body jewelry that has been unsealed or worn (hygiene laws).
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items.
- Used, worn, damaged, altered, or modified items.
- Gift boxes or gift packaging.
- Items not returned in their original condition.
We may refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us.
Shipping and handling costs are not covered for any return (EU or International), unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of delivery.
International Returns (Outside the EU)
For returns from non-EU countries:
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred on returned shipments.
- Refunds are issued only after We receive and inspect the Goods.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If You receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged upon arrival, We will repair or replace it at no cost.

Repairs Over Time
Jewelry damaged through regular use may be eligible for paid repairs.

Legal Warranty & Additional Guarantee
EU 2-Year Legal Guarantee: All purchases are covered by the mandatory 2-year guarantee for manufacturing defects.
Aenima 6-Month Limited Warranty: We also offer a voluntary 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover wear and tear, scratches, dents, oxidation, breakage caused by misuse, or damage caused by chemicals, water, or impact.
